Mate there's more chance of me getting picked than Musekiwa. He's miles off selection.

Not much chance of NW either. Naqvi has more chance.

He's getting some serious red carpet treatment though, so I won't be surprised if he's in. I'd love to see Welch in there

Time for Melton to be parachuted into the team!
Neil Johnson, Alistair Campbell, Murray Goodwin, Andy Flower (w), Grant Flower, Dave Houghton, Guy Whittall, Heath Streak (c), Andy Blignaut, Ray Price, Eddo Brandes

Just observed that Nick Welch has had such a good NPL, he should be in the side tor sure along with Bennett. I'm very keen on these two to be integrated into the side as we look at life after Williams and Ervine... These are natural replacements and should be groomed right away.
Gwandu has got some wickets but I'm not sure if he will be in the mix? Should someone like him be looked as a replacement for Chatara or are we going to still stick with Tendai? I'll prefer fresh faces.
I can't comment on Naqvi, once he spends time in Zimbabwe playing 3 seasons and gets eligible then we can surely talk about him.

I’m not sure they’ll be selecting based on the NPL tbh. Bennett probably needs a good franchise season. Gwandu too.sam_ahm wrote: ↑Sun Oct 15, 2023 5:15 amJust observed that Nick Welch has had such a good NPL, he should be in the side tor sure along with Bennett. Welch is different because he is obviously more experienced and I think he should be straight into the team.
If ZC and Naqvi both want him to play for Zim then there’s no way they’ll wait three years. The powers that be can source a passport for the right fee. Either he’ll play for Zim within the next 12 months or he never will I reckon. Let’s see
