Pricey should be the premium spinner. Jarvis is promising, leader of the seam department. I would take Chigumbura at 7. He's perfect for the slot since he's hard hatting. Also he has played county cricket, BPL. Handy experience.

For me, Jarvis has been really disappointing. Thought he'd have bowled better than how he has

True but I feel he is worth taking a gamble as he can be a wicket taker or go for runs. Lets see if he can turn things around in the future.sloandog wrote:For me, Jarvis has been really disappointing. Thought he'd have bowled better than how he has

He's the quickest bowler we have so we have to keep him, and i want to aswell, just want to see him take more wicketsDetective RDS wrote:True but I feel he is worth taking a gamble as he can be a wicket taker or go for runs. Re: how to rebuild zim team..
From what I've seen of Jarvis this series he hasn't bowled poorly. Just not enough wickets, and consistently about 5 km's too slow to beat the batsman.
He's been the standout of the seamers, but that's not saying much seeing Chatara and Mpofu both got carted.

Re: how to rebuild zim team..
Jarvis is at least bringing his RPO down and looking more consistent. Just needs wickets at the start of innings now.
