Lets hope we win this one and set the tone for the white wash
12.4 Odhiambo to Vermeulen, FOUR, that's an appalling long hop, Vermulen had plenty of time to get into position, drink a cup of tea, and pull the ball towards the long leg boundary- his first boundary today

Yeah, that's what I'm saying. Hopefully he scored the bulk of that 36 before getting out.
Zimbabwe A - 3/91 (20 overs); Mutizwa 48*, Taibu 19*; Nazmul 2 wkts, Rassel 1 wkt
Mutizwa is a gun!
If Taibu opened the batting (presumably he did), he is playing a very determined innings. Perhaps Chibhabha or Taylor did indeed score the bulk of that 36? Look forward to seeing the scorecard.
Not bad, this pair has put on 55 in 9 overs. Mutizwa picking up where he left off in Kenya it seems. What a star! Make a hundred!

Zimbabwe A - 145 for 3 after 30 overs (Forster Mutizwa 69*, Tatenda Taibu 44*; Nazmul 2 wkts, Rasel 1 wkt)
Great batting here! Taylor and Chibhabha missed out

Way to go Mutizwa, what a great performance from Zimbabwe A! A very convincing win... I wonder if Bangladesh were resting any players like Shakib or Tamim?
We shouldn't overlook the performance of our bowlers either, they did a good job to restrict Bangladesh to just 180.
In fairness though, Bangladesh were at a disadvantage by not using their own kit. Still a good confidence booster for the Zimbabweans, and I look forward to seeing how much time Taylor got in the middle and how he kept.

This is an excellent result, but only those who are not in the ODI squad shone. You would have to feel for Mutizwa and Maruma. They were plain unlucky to be out of final 15. Serious competition for national squad places now...

Taylor keeped instead of Taibu and Mutizwa which suggests he will take the gloves for the first ODI over Coventry
