Well done Shingrai Mazakadza, and well done Zimbabwe. Really showed a lot of fight in the game so far. Hopefully our batters can do their job

The emergence of masakadza as a one day bowler is great if he keeps it up, he was bowling at a lively pace and also he can hold a bat, need allrounders in the modern age. Well done on your four wicket haul shingi!!!! Prove the doubters wrong

Not a bad bowling performance in the end. I would hope this is reachable for our batsman. Surely Shingi and Meth can provide a bit down the order.

Come on boys, ease some of our pain....give us a victory straight up...a competitive score wont even do it for me...we NEED TO WIN THIS!
Re: [Match Thread] New Zealand v Zimbabwe: 1st ODI
Good job restricting this explosive NZ team to under 250. Jarvis takes 2 for 41 from 9, good to see him getting some from in the ODI format.
Neil Johnson, Alistair Campbell, Murray Goodwin, Andy Flower (w), Grant Flower, Dave Houghton, Guy Whittall, Heath Streak (c), Andy Blignaut, Ray Price, Eddo Brandes

Don't agree with this chakabva selection.
He's little and doesn't score quick. He's a test player. I'd rather foster in this format.
Test form and odi form is different - I believe Ewing should b here

i am very curious to see who opens (it'll be Matsi with Hammie? )... but the bowlers have done well enough!
