Brilliant brilliant
.what a heist probably the biggest ever in cricket given the situation we were in ..luckily we didn't have any chivanga type bowler to give runs today all bowlers collectively bowled well and that was the difference

10 sixes to 1 if I remember correctly. I will always advocate for power hitters. You can't buy that in 120 deliveriesKriterion_BD wrote: ↑Tue Aug 02, 2022 2:18 pmWhen you can't chase 160, and can't hit a 6 until the 18th over, and can't chase 35 odd from the last three overs, you're a shit T20 side. After 10 years of the BPL, Bangladesh still haven't been able to create any T20 players.

Great win, fantastic performance from Evans and Nyauchi. Going be interesting who goes to Australia now would be harsh to drop them both.
I think we have seen the last of Chivanga at least.
Great performance from Zimbabwe after that awful start.

Every batter came out trying to attack. Somehow, it worked today. I`m curious as to whether they`ll maintain this approach. Selecting the best team wil also be a nightmare. Intresting days ahead

Litton, afif? Tamim (dont know why hes retired from t20s, especially before a world cup). Its a very young team if you look at the ages so hopefully for bangladesh they will do a sri lanka in a couple years. Sri lanka are a team where the youngsters seem to be coming good.TapsC2 wrote: ↑Tue Aug 02, 2022 2:29 pm10 sixes to 1 if I remember correctly. I will always advocate for power hitters. Great win and fight all series but lets not get carried away. We could have easily been bowled out for 120.

Bangladesh have looked off colour in T20s for some time now. In tests they started the year so well but haven't been able to build on it. ODIs is the format they've really excelled in and continue to do well.
We will have to see, Bangladesh will need some youngsters to step up.
