Observing him today i was very impressed at the way he played the spinners, his theroy was to go on the back foot and almost punch them away to to leg side and rocking back to cut if they dropped short. Perhaps a few of the batsman can learn from this.

Absolutely. He stemmed the rot when 3 wkts fell in one over. i am sure he will create havoc in coming days.

We won its good but i just didn't like the way we crumbled at one point. I think we should learn a lot from todays game, come thursday we should put up a solid performance and build up from there not to rely on lower order batsmen. Matsikenyeri is truly the man of the moment, Chigs always destroys Bang good knocks from Coventry, Chibhabha whom i thought batted very well upfront. Jarvis did well especially in his first spell he bolwed with such good control to put pressure on the openers, he complemented Chigs really well
12.4 Odhiambo to Vermeulen, FOUR, that's an appalling long hop, Vermulen had plenty of time to get into position, drink a cup of tea, and pull the ball towards the long leg boundary- his first boundary today

Chigumbura is the lifeblood of the zimbabwe side and it would be severly unbalanced without him, He's won us a fair few games now chigumbura fair does.

I would love a 5-0 white wash if possible, but to win 4-1 would just be a little poetic.

Great win by the The Red Army. Lets hope they continue with the momentum.

I really miss Detective RDS's views. Maybe his lost in the middle and does knw who too back. Taibu shldnt try those funny shots unless his on 120* Im sure he has other shots in his bag. Chigumbura might be gunning for an IPL spot.
