Hes actually excellent. Had a shit start to it and made some mistakes, but he's been outstanding his whole life. He'll come right.

There's a lot to work there with Evans and Jongwe going forward. Both very capable with both bat and ball.
Back in the day we were blessed with a plethora of fast bowling all rounders.
Ervine, Blignaut, Streak, Friend...we need to try and get back this as it provided so much depth and balance in the side

I agree. Top order stability. Our top order has struggled for the last 2 months

It's clear that we need guys who can bowl 135 plus.
We can't have seamers bowling 130. Might work on a spicy deck, but on a flattie against good batters it's ugly.

I see Kaia is giving interviews stating he wants to be the leading run scorer in the series and wants an IPL contract.
That's KP ego without the goods to back it up, he needs to calm down and not make statements like that, cricket bites harder than any sport ever invented.
Maybe he'll have a rethink after his struggle today. He's up against some good bowlers that don't give you much, least of all an IPL contract in a different format

I think Burl needs to bat at 3/4 with clear instructions to try and bat long, he's got a decent enuf technique to hang in there. He always has to come in when we're in shit.

Chakabva batted OK today. Always looks the part up until the point he gives his wicket away.

If we bat first again we just have to get to 15 overs with one down max. If someone could find a coin with two heads on it and we get to call that would also be a blessing.
