Lol, No. Not on Rankings but through Super 8 route, they can qualify.
I'm quite enjoying it tbh. Makes a change from the ridiculous IPL season we just had where par score was like 230 or something stupid. It's making the games really interesting at least. I wouldn't want T20 to be like this all the time...but it is a refreshing change.
Plus it's just the New York pitch which has been like this? The Caribbean pitches are and will be fine and thats where the latter stages are taking place.
