And it looks like Chiredzi and the Methane boys are playing at Triangle! Which must be the first NPL match there. Mentioned this the other day, beautiful ground back in the day - hope it still is.secretzimbo wrote: ↑Sat Aug 16, 2025 8:41 amThere is an NPL match at Kadoma today and from the stream it looks sort of okay which is encouraging as about 18 months ago it was a jungle with waist high vegetation all over it.

Oh!
Ya someone on here said he'd gone to Alex, which really surprised me.

I think every fibre of his being deep down would prefer to be playing with his mates at Alex. But I’m not sure he’s brave enough/allowed to ditch Takashinga now

Alex seem to have a bit of cash backing these days. They need a couple more players to be competitive with Sogo and Taka, but probably not far off. We need a third strong club.
Re: NPL 2025
Well he's gone from being able to do what he likes to having to be a bit smarter after his run in with Blessing and Im assuming a clash with Sammonds, because his statement was undoubtedly about Raza.

Gladiators have lost a few players, Madande and Marumani and co. They aren’t really up with it this year.

Latest rumbling I heard was that Salmon has asked the board for both captains to be changed. So maybe that comment was directed at both of them.
