Let's not forget Evans with the ball, and in fact all the bowlers. Did really well to restrict them to 280-odd and make it a gettable total. Raza will get all the plaudits but the bowlers did really well today. Fielders let us down!

I think Australia in Oz will be even tougher than this, but the boys are playing with belief and that goes a long way. Hopefully we can be competitive again in at least one of the games. Relying on Raza massively but thats no bad thing when he's just SO GOOD. We'll be definitely talking about this guy in the same breath as our all time legends soon.

Raza is in the form of his life. Absolutely unbelievable. I am sure he will get some bigger T20 gigs now. He is standing out.

Evans played really well too. They can be proud. They fought. We need a top order solution. We need Ballance. I'm hoping some of these performances can also convince him to come and make a difference and make us more competitive. You just get that feeling that if everything is planned correctly we can start seeing more consistent results.

I think what is interesting to me is that they have built up so much momentum and the challenges just keep getting harder and harder. Australia will be harder.
