Is it just me or does Makoni look a bit like a young Eddie Murphy?

Anyways he’s out again cheaply, most likely to join the long list of tried and failed openers on the Zimbabwe scrap list.

Last chance saloon for Chamu at Test cricket you’d think? Although I’m still flabbergasted he’s gotten back here at all.

They may as well bring Motie on now to finish off Chamu

Well you’d hope so, but as I said I can’t believe he actually got back here.

I guess the amount of injuries and other likely candidates being out of form resulted in him getting selected. A list of players I would have thought were in front of him at the start of the Logan Cup season

Kasuza
Kaitano
Masaurve
Raza
Williams
Ballance
Burl
Wes
Roy Kaia

Looking at that list, you can see he’s really come from no where to get back into the side.

I don't know if Kaia is just in serious form or he is just that good. Why didn't we invest in him earlier?

I would hope Chamu will take his match fees and call it a day.

He looks very very good, absolutely came from no where in the way that I can’t ever recall anyone calling for him to be selected for Zimbabwe prior to his t20 debut
