What a day of test cricket by the boys they followed all their game plans and stuck to their guns
The 8-3 lineup worked a treat so far with Raza, Mire & Willy taking 5 wickets between them
Hhm has been quiet ?
Where is he!!!! Been waiting all day for his bullshit excuses why we are winning so far. Must have had a heart attack when Cremer and Williams ran through the windies

Hhm is waiting patiently praying for a batting collape "see why is Vusi commentating? Sums up ZC"
Cremer was really getting the ball to rip. I'm sometimes unsure about his test credentials, given his control is pretty average, but he bowled beautifully yesterday.
And how about Regis' stumping? Tremendous work.
If we can head north of 300, we'd be in an incredible position. If the pitch keeps taking turn like that I'd fancy Cremer to run through them again.

HHM is a fake poster.
Wants a specialist opener like Sibanda to open when he has an even worse average in the middle order and wants the teams best batsman in Ervine to open. He ought to be ridiculed to no end.

Probably a bit harsh there. Pariah does make some good points, and it would be boring if we all agreed with each other. I know he often falls into the trap of not being able to see different opinions, we must try not to fall into that same trap ourselves.
Neil Johnson, Alistair Campbell, Murray Goodwin, Andy Flower (w), Grant Flower, Dave Houghton, Guy Whittall, Heath Streak (c), Andy Blignaut, Ray Price, Eddo Brandes

Thats like arguing Donald Trumps categorical lies deserve equal coverage or consideration as facts do. Like when Trump says he won the popular vote but 48 million is not greater than 51 million.
Similalrly hhm suggests Vusi has been forced to open and would do well in the middle order although the stats prove otherwise.
Oh pariah does have a lot of false viewpoints, but it isn't all false. He is correct for example when he says Chakabva opening and keeping is ridiculous, but then he is wrong when he proclaims a 30-ball duck as a great innings.

Agreed. But Trump too occaisionally stumbles upon facts. When Trump proclaims to be the President of the US, that is actually factually correct.
Don't get me wrong, HHM/pariah is probably one of the most intelligent posters here. Its just that his ideas are so biased without reason that his intellect ceases to be an asset.
I would say ZIM are in total control (unless this is a minefield of a pitch). A raging desi dustbowl is the only place were 219 is a par score. And even then you probably need a 300 ish 2nd innings total to make that 219 a par.
But at 174-3, the Windies have proven there are no real demons on this surface. 300 or more is an achievable score.
Bishoo is a pretty good bowler. But I am not sure he spins the ball as much as Cremer. Chase is also useful and will come in handy vs the LHBs. The only saving grace for the Windies is they won't be batting last.
Still plenty of time in the game, but ZIM in total control right now.
I think Mire should look to attack if that is his natural game. Hami can anchor from the other end.
