I hear the U19WC is confirmed to be starting on January 3rd.


They are going to have to get a move on with prep. Surely there will be a tour(s) somewhere at some point beforehand?

Actual tournament probably starts a week later

How old is Josh Martell? He's been in these u19 squads but I notice he's also been playing in the U16 League in Harare recently.

Zimbabwe u19 cricket will tour South Africa where they will take part in a triangular series involving SA U19 and SA emerging.

We came within 30 runs of beating Pakistan last time in the under 19 World Cup. Could be doable.

I'm not sure how good the Afghanistan under 19 side is?

Probably very good, because as usual it will be a senior side made up of guys in their mid to late 20's lying about their age.

Anything can happen in the group matches I guess, It's a shoot out really and who hold their nerve.
Again I think it would be a folly if ZC don't incorporate some of these players into the domestic 50 over competition next week
