Ya, actual names of guys who have been robbed of an opportunity on this tour would be quality journalism to be fair. Providing evidence to the argument.

I post complete rubbish and accept that, I don’t try and dress it up as anything else though.

The most concerning thing for me about this tour is Roy’s motley crew of capped professionals are being schooled by South African kids.

Being generous; we’ll lose this series 3-2. A whopping six people will call the performance dog excrement online, the squad will go to Kadza’s for tea and medals celebrating a job well done in being competitive and we’ll move on to the next series backing our boys to the hilt and post the same 600 pages of nonsense. Club cricket vibes with a professional wage is the ZC machine really.
Its very worrying when you get schooled by those kids. This whole tour was supposed to be all about talent identification with a view to work and nature the talent identified, provide exposure. But some are fixated on match results.

This exactly what Tatenda Taibu said on the eve of Zimbabwe's return to test cricket that what ZC only does is paint a house without foundation. Soon or later it will crumble.

There is a follow up story coming. Guys like Bawa, Mgcini, Nungu, Chimusoro should have made that squad.

You are really just about the only one from the last round of elections who’s still this fucking bitter and still trying to bring the whole thing down.

You don’t give a flying fuck about this squad or this tour or anything, literally your only interest is bringing down certain individuals you have a vendetta with. If you cared that much you wouldn’t have gone to England.

Everyone else in-country has pretty much buried the hatchet and is at least trying to work together.

It’s basically just you now. Get a life

    I went to Engalnd to better myself both on a professional and academic level. Who would turn down the opportunity to study at a not just a prestigious but number 1 university in the world in sports business and sports performance related subjects? Only a fool like you would have stayed put in a sinking ship.

I had issues with Ozias Bvute and i speak to him quite often on the phone. He is no longer at ZC but had honest conversations with him. I dont have anything against him now at all. He acknowledged his short coming and i also acknowledged how i went about my business.

Current people when i was there were not on the scene (at least on the level they are currently right now) Imagine Makoni a rape apologist, having people like Madhoro on the board you're a joker.

If i was sleeping on an empty stomach yes you could say im bitter but im not im living a comfortable life and i speak my mind. Its an insult to be called bitter by someone who hides behind an anonymous handle. At least i have balls i dont lick anyone's ass.

While the board are not doing everything right, they are doing some things right. Never mind the emerging youngsters or lack thereof, the whole set up needs nurturing from the top down. We’re getting there and these days are far from the actual bad old days.

That murungu kid with Down’s syndrome in the stands at the qualifier with 10,000 black people looking after him is what Zimbabwe Cricket is all about ❤️ feel the ZC love.

It's so bad....... that you spend your time (how do you find the time, considering you are such a hugely successful professional and academic? ) writing fantasy, and actually pretty poor, 'articles' about it all.

The above quote sums up everything about you and why nobody should listen to the views of a such a bitter snake.

Do you know anything called work/life balance? Some of us dont have to work Mon-Fri so we have time. My week is Mon-Thur something thats alien to you. Yes they are poor to someone not switched on like you who hides behind an anonymous handle doesn't have the guts/balls to speak their mind openly.

Im done engaging you, i dont want to give you relevance at all.

Why would you be talking to Bvute? I very much doubt he acknowledged his own shortcomings.
The current hierarchy know exactly how much money he took and yet have made no attempt to recover any of it.
There will be a paper trail a mile long that is there to act upon. Unfortunately we know why there's no action.

Imagine the stress if we had to pick an A side and an Emerging side at the same time!
Is it better to pick experienced players to try and limit the damage? That usually backfires because we often get trounced anyway. We play so little high grade cricket it's almost worth sending capped and fringe players.
It would be interesting to know who picks these teams.

These A side and Emerging side games are generally really disheartening because it exposes our complete lack of depth AND often the stupidity and nepotism (and often racism) of the "selectors".

It also exposes that below the national side level there's not much thought. They go through the motions as a box ticking exercise. There's no real effort to find meaningful solutions.
A big step in the right direction would be an HPC with a couple of quality coaches and not packed with marginal players who will never make the grade as that would be a complete and utter waste of time.
If they can only find 6 guys that are worth focusing on then so be it, but they need to finally get serious about this.

I'm curious how much prep these guys had as a squad.

Eish, BP off the scale trying to decide which of the two sides our man Roy would captain.
