I think the way ZCB has behaved in the last 18 months since they removed Rajput, has been very good and respectable. I can't say what is happening at ground level but on the face of it, the majority of thr blame for both the ODI WCQ and T20 WCQ should be on the players.

At the end of the day they were just not good enough, esp in the T20 WCQ, and have massively let themselves down. They were actually good in the ODI WCQ but yet again slipped at the last stage, for which they have themselves to blame.

Only thing I would expect from ZCB is arranging for more fixtures which I always keep saying. The top 9 teams keep playing almost non stop, and it's high time Zimbabwe do the same.

Well this last T20 loss to Uganda was a selection issue for me.

Zimbabwe should be thrashing the likes of Uganda and I would say even Namibia. No matter the players selected.

Selection is an issue of course but it’s hardly the be all and end all.

Does anyone really think even if we selected the best XI players every single time we would be any better than about 12th in the world, at best?

Far far far deeper issues in our structure and system and there is no easy fix. But having some competent people in the important positions would be a good start.

Who is Ngondo again? He's everywhere, wasn't he involved in the earlier fallout too?

I keep going back to "I've lost the change-room."
There's a message there.
It's possible there's yet another split amongst the players. Someone could have put a spanner in the works.
