The bowling options are actually not far from who they would consider as prospects

Brad evans has let Googly down big time
He didn't do much with the bat but seems to be going well with the ball.

2/17 from 10 overs soo far. Including 4 maidens.

Solid bowling. This was his opportunity to go big with the bat and prove his all rounder credentials  he won’t get a better one, he’s been in England all season and used to the conditions, could have rescued the innings. Everything was in his favour.

Everyone knows he can bowl, he doesn’t need to prove that aspect of his game.

Interesting bowling comparison between Falao and Evans today.
ZC are touting Alex as the next big thing. He's decent, has a nice action, but he's not in the same department store at the moment. Went at 6's today and no wickets.
We need Lloyd and Lara to come for an intervention.

Kinda relieved he's the one who got out in the second innings😂 Might be too early for the "incomming" dissapointment though.
He's had some good batting innings at the Woodhouses. He'll have plenty of innings ahead with the batting let's see.
Felt Brad was too good for this Zim A/Emerging/Academy tour. But he saved them from the 2nd innings embarrasment.

A duck up the order is better than a duck down the order

Better because it wasn't a batsman who got out, we already have hard time relying on our batsmen let alone bowling/batting allrounders😅
But hey let's hope all of them does better, I don't know maybe I'm asking too much🤐

That's looking like Rodney Mupfudza asked for a night watchman. Or hopefully Evans volunteered himself to get a go up the order.
Does Rodders not know he's barely a night watchman himself at this level?
