As expected, Tibbly made a fine century- 170.
Was it the day of huge centuries? Coventry's record equalling 194 not out and Taibu's 170.

i herd Afghanistan are 20/ of 15 overs not 32
anyway its a shame that we could not get the break through but good fast scoring on day one

Good to see Taibu getting back to his best. But 350 all out after his 170 is not a very good sign. I was expecting a lot from Maruma and Mutizwa.

Re: [Match Thread] Zimbabwe XI vs Afghanistan
it seems the A side had a more or less similar game to the national side how can they post 350 and 312 when the highest scorer has 170 and 194* respectively?

12.4 Odhiambo to Vermeulen, FOUR, that's an appalling long hop, Vermulen had plenty of time to get into position, drink a cup of tea, and pull the ball towards the long leg boundary- his first boundary today

Where is KIETH DABENGWA!!!!!

As expected, great knock by Tatenda Taibu scoring 170. Alistair Campbell has also admitted that he is a world class player and will be brought back in the national side after his 10 match suspention is over.
For the India series, Mutizwa must be selected if he continues his runflow.
