Anybody know more about Wallace Mubaiwa? Cricinfo has him as a South African wrist spinner but I don’t trust them.
Don't know much more about him other than he has a dog called Gromit

Re; Matt, not sure exactly. He played in the domestic T20 in March but I think he had an injury over the winter and not sure what the situation is now. Pretty sure he is in the country at least.

Also, Byrom with a great debut seeing the Rhinos home.

Oh and somehow Mountaineers managed to win, chasing 320 despite being 59-5 at one point!

The most disgraceful umpiring for a while and that's a high bar in Zim  That one guy may as well have brought a weapon onto the field and started shooting Eagles players. He should get a ban that prevents him from being within 5km of any cricket for the rest of his sad little life. His instructions were clear- Mountaineers to win at any cost.
Just to round it off he triggered Moor (Mountaineers) to add prejudice to his repertoire. Pretty sure Moor will get a ban as he rightfully told him his fortune.
As soon as the sun went behind a cloud and Mountaineers were ahead on DL they called light just to be absolutely certain

He suffered a herniated disc about 8 months ago. I'm sure he will be back. Proper player, hopefully he gets some franchise exposure because he has plenty of ability.

   Awful, but I wish this was streamed so we could all see haha

Umpires Iknow Chabi and Oscar Tafirenyika....I'm guessing the latter, who I've never heard of, was the problem as Mr Chabi is usually decent and has been around a long time.

Why was Moor aggrieved, if the umpiring was pro-Mountaineers?

He got a shocker. Moor appears to be persona non grata.
Maybe he went out there with two instructions.
I once saw a school game where the batter crunched it past the bowler for 4 and was given LBW
I pointed out to him that someone other than the umpire had to appeal and ideally it had to hit his pad. I'm thinking it was the same guy

Can't believe Shingi is going this strong still. 187 runs at an average of 37+ (despite batting much lower this season) and 13 wickets at the avg of 18. And hitting sixes at will. Surely, he is nowhere near international quality fitness or abilities anymore. So, this is a damning state for the Pro50 in general.

First real eye-catching season for Jonathan Campbell as well with bat and ball.

I mean Ben curran and the new guys are all failing too. Not sure exactly what to think. Shingi`s average being higher is probably because of not outs and stuff. Cant explain the bowling average though lol
