They will probably declare with 15 overs remaining in the day, Mahmudullah will get 200, Taskin 100, Bangladesh 600.

Sad part is that I'm not even kidding.

It does have a similar feel to that Afghan 200

There is no sense of urgency on Taylor's face and his bowlers are also just going through the motion without any purpose. It is time to think out of the box and try new options and give a pep talk to the players to put weight behind each other coz this game is slipping out of their hands very fast. Bangladesh are now in a position where they can not lose the match.

It doesn't get said enough but BT is a truly terrible captain. Awful bowling combos yesterday and today it looks like he has completely given up marshalling the troops. Same happened against Pakistan when Regis visibly took over for a while when BT was sulking lol.

A poor captain and a poor coach - it's no surprise that we have performed like this really.

Absolutely agree on that, his body language is not really suggestive of someone who is tasked with marshaling the troops. Few years ago, he was really lively and expressive behind the stumps but these days his demeanor is very resigned and can be likened to a defeatist.
I absolutely love the man, but yeah he is a poor captain. He always has been in the past too. Obviously we don't have anyone else at the moment though. Let's hope Williams is back for the limited overs series.

Given that this was a stop-gap arrangement, why did they not go for Chakabva as skipper?

If Taskin gets a ton it will be the lowest point in Zim's test history. And there are a lot of candidates for that role.

Zimbabwe should consider imposing a test ban on themselves again.

This is beyond embarrassing.

Do our players watch other international teams play because wow, this is embarrassing to fail to dismiss a number 10 for so long. If we do not bat well, I do not care if we have inexperienced players, the coaches must go. If Taskin can bat like this, BT and Regis have to step up.

This is rivalling the Sri Lanka effort pre-suspension
