Madande on track to concede most byes ever in a test match geez his having a great debut
A world class glovesman might be worth an average of about 25 in a test match. We are seeing in real time how much of a difference it makes. I have watched more and to be fair the fast bowlers have been spraying it everywhere too.
Yeah i agree bowlers haven't helped

Ya they've made a poor debut into a nightmarish one.
In Clive's defence he started T20 very shakily and then settled down.
From this start the only way is up, and he's there for the next 15 years, even if Gilchrist resurrected as a Zimbabwean.

Excellent session indeed.

Are the extras conceded because of Madande's crap wicket keeping? They've given away a huge number of byes and legbyes!

Some of them due to the bowlers struggling to control the swing earlier, but a lot of them due to poor wicket keeping.

Why can't they just allow Gumbie to keep!? 🤦‍♂️

Pretty pleased with this rain, might mean Zimbabwe don't have to bat late in the day today. Would much rather want to bat tomorrow.
