Golden Arm might be a bit weary

Under Cremer we've seen Zimbabwe make Chakabva keep and open the batting twice.CrimsonAvenger wrote: ↑Mon Oct 30, 2017 2:12 pmMay be Golden Arm will get a bowl in the last innings of a 7 match test series against Uganda?
Today we've witnessed Mire open both the batting and bowling.
For a man who scored 150 after opening the batting, perhaps Cremer can be forgiven for not bowling him just yet. At least he's done one thing right so far this match.

There is nothing wrong with Mire opening both - especially since he is not fatigued with the batting effort anyway. At least we have a Zimbabwean record if nothing else.pariah wrote: ↑Mon Oct 30, 2017 2:16 pmToday we've witnessed Mire open both the batting and bowling.CrimsonAvenger wrote: ↑Mon Oct 30, 2017 2:12 pmMay be Golden Arm will get a bowl in the last innings of a 7 match test series against Uganda?

Our pace attack looks toothless without the destructive Jarvis.

These 2 guys are really digging in. 60 runs in 40 overs. I guess this is what test cricket is all about.. could be heading for a draw at this rate.

Playing it safe perhaps. They're already 1-0 up after all.
At least we're keeping it tight and the runs down, that's the main thing

It's only the 2nd day. They have the whole of tomorrow, and two more sessions the next day. 150 overs at 3.5 odd, plus what they have today means 600+ runs and ZIM suffer an easy innings defeat.
The good part about ZIM bowlers is the over rate will be excellent.
