You'll never see anyone from ZC agree to such a forthright interview.

Bvute did a good interview with Cricinfo a few years ago, but even that wasn't as aggressive as this one was.

Finally read this thread after dismissing it for weeks as another hhm vs xyz thread. This made me look up the said email and earlier (negative) newspaper articles on Manase. What a progressive person he is! Coltart's advice was profound too but what stood out to me was the humility, honesty and love for the game Manase had in asking for advice on how to improve ZC. Much respect for both!
