Hardly a casual club side with Houghton and Hick in the line up, but I hear what you're saying. D. Lake is Malcolm Lake's dad, damn useful player, he really knows his cricket. He's a lawyer. There you go, I've just picked the shadow ZC board. Proper cricket would commence tomorrow, it's sad but it would be all it takes.

He'd have that place running liking a smoothly oiled machine, but there would be some very sad faces.

If this quiz has highlighted anything it's the sheer amount of business and administrative acumen among the ranks of former players. And then you look at the people who run ZC. It's a shame.

When I saw that scorecard I thought for a second Lake sen. could be the next quiz question, but CrimsonAvenger had already tracked him down at his job as CEO of OK Zimbabwe: viewtopic.php?f=3&t=364&p=52312&hilit=lake#p52312

The quiz is enjoyed by 99.9% of forum members, if you don't like it then either don't click on it or sod off, do you think reviving months old threads to put a moronic comment on them as you continually do doesn't suck?

He revived the f**#ing boring white farmer story as well. Had to go for a calming walk in the rain!

509. This man could have been a Zimbabwe capped player by now, but not to be. He got close to it before going down the pecking order. But don't rule out another attempt or two at the national team representation from him just yet. And that smile is contagious too...

No, but probably at their best, this guy was more deserving than Aliseni, given the other options we had. But that could just be my opinion.
