Okie.. Jan 26 is still Ok as he will be available for the T20 WC. I'm sure Zimbabwe will qualify this time.

Is it not both citizen and residency? Kate ebrahim has a passport being married to Dion, hasn’t played for NZ for 4 years but can’t play for the lady chevrons yet (has played for the A team like naqvi).

In ZImbabwe to represent any national sporting team you need to be Zimbabwean.

The best available route now for Antum is 10yrs to citizenship first. Zimbabwe's law come first before ICC Regulations. The people who have blocked his fast track are none other than white guys who rightfully challenged his fast-track and inclusion.
