Nope. This man hasn't been fortunate enough to turn out in Zimbabwean colors like Kasteni.Jemisi wrote:Friday Kasteni

Not him either. But you are targeting the right folks in terms of great FC debuts, but our man did not get a hundred on debut, but was equally impressive on debut nonetheless. In fact, could be better than those two.Jemisi wrote:Tafadzwa Ngulube?
Another clue: He was not the only one from his family to play FC cricket.

Yes indeed, with a 90+ and an 80+ score on FC debut, but sadly never got to three digit score after getting so close on debut itself. Anyone knows why he did not continue with cricket?Jemisi wrote:Jemton Chinyengetere

I've tried to follow CrimsonAvenger's lead in providing 'read-between-the-line' clues, but no one is biting yet.
A more standard clue would be that a player with the same surname, four years his senior (maybe his brother/cousin; but not the gentleman mentioned earlier in this quiz who is a generation older), also played FC cricket, and featured alongside our man in at least one FC match.

Re: Zimbabwe Cricket Photo Quiz
Whenever I post a question like this nowadays, having tracked down an ex-player overseas, part of me worries that Googly will jump up and shout: "You're way off the mark, my friend. I just had a beer with Mr. X on my back porch this afternoon."
