Ya he played a top innings, dropped a sitter, but other than that some really slick keeping as well.
Unbelievable innings from Williams, whenever you think he's on the wane he goes and plays a blinder.
That was a good win, well paced partnership from the Welch boys, a bit slow, but both of them capable of changing gear but with Williams really setting it alight at the other end MW just had to give him strike and watch a master at work.
Takas now in a play-off.

Re: NPL 2024
Nobody is supporting Takas except for Takas. Everybody is sick of the skewed playing field. They're going to win their play off by hook or by crook and we'll see them in the final against Rangers again.
Overlord had a good score at a decent strike rate, but some lucky shots amongst those runs. I like watching him bat, knows he's a bit limited as a T20 player, but finds a way.

Guys are adamant the T10 is starting on September 21st, what a shambles.

Nice to see him back keeping wicket again. I thought he might have had to knock that on the head after that second bad injury.
Re: NPL 2024
I don't think it will last. Once you have a back injury it's a problem. There can't be many things more taxing on your back than keeping- perhaps planting rice.
Re: NPL 2024
Nah, once your back’s gone, it’s gone
Can’t even sneeze with any confidence.

Is the NPL official List A or T20 cricket?
