Did anyone else see the interview where our chairman says there is a possibility we play the proteas in England after. He said practice but maybe it makes sense we have an official test there before the WTC final then only one in Bulawayo.

I see the game or games lasting for maybe 3 and a half to 4 days because they will want to bat for a bit. Please please take quite a few seamers if we have to play the Proteas as well.

A proper FC game against SA in England would be awesome. I'm not convinced that cutting their visit later in year to only one Test is a good idea though.

Jacob Bethell skipping this one for the IPL. Seems the ECB are softening up to the IPL or maybe it's a once because "it's just Zimbabwe".

Is Shoaib Bashir the best spinner in England? His numbers are a bit underwhelming. And didn't he switch counties recently because he was struggling to get a game?

As for the length of the Test match? I say it will be over by lunch on Day 3.
