nothing out of the ordinary here, this is exactly what
we expected from zc & they did not disappoint us. Those
guys are just playing for the sack of zc giving game time
to zim A as they promised the sports minister. Tino
mawoyo is very close to ozias bvute & that is why you
see him in that squad. Again & again we have to say it
zc's time has long gone we are just waiting to put a stone
on its grave. Prosper tsvanhu said any1 who thinks the
game is developing or will change positively with the
current admission has an investment or legacy to
protect eg bvute, utseya etc. That squad you even have
to feel sorry for it & for zim in the next 2 years as that
will be the end of it all, better dettach ourselves from
zc now. Not gonna lay into those players we all know
& they know they are shit themseves too

He bowls as quick as Munyoro and Diplock when they bend their backs to get it slightly over 130 but its not nearly enough when playing against SA. They have Hardus Viljoen, the mountain of a man bowling 150+ regularly.
Anyway, they have done nobody favours here as I spoke to one of those guys in the above mentioned squad and as I had said, two days ago he knew nothing about ZCs plans for this tour !
All this while Ervine, Williams, Hami, Vusi, Wellington could have greatly benefitted.
I predict an innings defeat.
Whats the point in having an A squad if you are not going to give a chance to new talents
I'm not at all convinced that the actual sides will be chosen from this pool only. The national team guys don't need to be in this "training squad" to play. I reckon they will all more or less get an outing against SA, and then sit out the NZ warm-up match (or vice versa). Anything else wouldn't make sense ... and yes, I know, decisions which do not make any sense are ZC's forte, but still.
Ryan Burl is on Crutches last i heard seems he is cursed with injuries , Mawoyo is on his way back from England where who knows what he has been up to . Mavuta is quite content in England but would love to have been home but better a solid 200 pound a week than a bottle of water at HSC. I think it would make sense to get most of the National side guys involved here well at least 4 or 5 guys to get some practice. The safe bet with the bowlers seems like Mupunga and Vitori will be lead the attack and sadly the poor Mushangwe will play. The intriguing prospect is having Bones Mufudza go up against Nyumbu which should be intriguing and exciting to see who gets the nod most likely Nyumbu based on his debut
Mawoyo had a bat today and did ok from what iv heard. Mupunga is out of that team and so is the IPhone technician.. Others to face the chop were Kaia, Mutizwa, Vitori and Chinouya.. Mufudza is not playing. Nyumbu will get the nod as he is a much better bowler and a cooler customer..
You people complain about the selectors recycling the same old players and when you get new players you complain lmao.. What a bunch of crybabies! Zim A is Zim A and should never be mixed with the National Team.. What if one of Muzhange, Shingi, Garwe, Nyauchi or Aliseni does well? Or you would rather give Muzarabani, Chatara and Co a warm up game???
By the looks of it the first game is in Harare and the second one is in Bulawayo, logic indicates that the fringe players in Harare will play the first game and the national team guys will play the game in Bulawayo in preparation for the New Zealand series.
