That was a great batting performance - well done to Innocent, Marumani and Munyonga.
Our third string beating their first team gives me a lot of hope for the qualifiers now.

Muyonga has made a bit of a statement
Dont be suprised to see 3 of these guys in qualifiers
Masara was so Dissapointing. Bowling flat and wide. He didnt do that in the zim domestic competition. Maybe needs some time

I wonder why Mutombodzi hasn’t travelled? I’ve just seen him on the Taka scorecard in the NPL.
Did they send a replacement?

It’s amazing how often this happens. Same thing happened to Chipungu for Namibia A last year and Musakanda for the Ireland/Scotland trip.

High hope in beating Uganda, Jersey or PNG as all are quite similar to Nepalsecretzimbo wrote: ↑Sun May 01, 2022 10:43 amThat was a great batting performance - well done to Innocent, Marumani and Munyonga.

Good start today, hope the boys can keep it going. Munyonga could fill the role that was never taken by Musakanda. He deserved more chances at the top level when he was dropped, I thought.

Performance against Nepal will just be a confidence booster should'nt be considered in a big way, real performance matters against South Africa A side. New players performing against SA A should be very much close to the national team.

Suprising result. Seemed a rather comfortable win. Even a rookie Marumani did well against what to my limited knowledge is a pretty solid Nepalese outfit. Didnt watch but Mavuta seems to have had a decent outing given by his economy? If he did, that's very nice to see.
