You are so wrong to such a large extent that I can't even be particularly bothered replying fully.
But if the board have nothing to do with on field performance and it isn't in their remit, then how come Mukuhlani is mouthing off and suggesting changes? How come a board-appointed 'committee', consisting of three board members and led by a board member, is tasked with ivnestigaating the problems and suggesting solutions?
I thought it wasn't in their remit?
I doubt that committee will actually meet. It's just window dressing and a sham. They're still not serious and the clock is winding down. They might even select another committee to investigate further.
Why do they need one? Everyone knows what the problems are. They're in charge and they need a committee of people they essentially employ to tell them where they've gone wrong?

Management will get a pass, that's guaranteed.
What's the upside of telling your boss he's a c£#?
What they're going to engineer is a fall guy...oh wait, that's been done already.
Bets on their findings?
If it was vaguely authentic would the findings be made public?
Who were the "stakeholders" that Mr Mukhulani addressed in Harare anyway?
We've already got an indication of some of the "recommended" remedial action-
Less money for the players across the board.
Performance based contracts, meaning even less money again because we're not likely to beat anyone.
