Ya hopefully this is tightly contested. Is Keegan Petersen not injured? Surely he should be in the side?
He couldn't travel as he was infected with Covid.

Very happy to see South Africa win. Great to see Verreynne finally showing his potential.

Guys I have to say Rabada is right up there with the best. One of the best fast bowlers South Africa have produced and that means a lot because the proteas have produced quite a few legendary bowlers. He is on fire 🔥 at the moment.

You'd be surprised how many links there are. There are some (distant) relatives of Dale Steyn living a short drive from me. Jason Roy has cousins here. I qualify to play for both SA and Zim!

We could have a world beating team if every single player with Zim heritage played here. It's astonishing the number of cricketers that have a parent or grandparent that is Zimbabwean.

South africa look like they're building something special with their test side. I'm saying this very tentatively, but they look good.

Erwee looks class up front. Where's he been?
Verreyne finally showed what he's got.
Jansen and Rabada look to be a deadly opening attack and with Simon Harmer, Olivier and a few others returning, the depth looks good again.

Hopefully with the advent of WW3 upon us they'll switch their attentions to anyone with a Russian accent and forget about this mask, vaccine/booster nonsense that has more than run its course with anyone with an ounce of common sense.
I'm not seeing many of these Russians or Ukranians fighting with masks on, don't they know how dangerous this virus is?

? It's not hard to wear a mask mate. They are two different things. We are not at war, so it's a straw man comparison.
