Wes now has 7 half centuries from 24 international innings.
Almost Williams-like consistency if you keep out those dreadful test knocks.
Actually a step up from Williams' rate and I included the test ducks

Pretty good finish from Burl.
Yes, Burl actually made sure it is a decent ending. Obviously it could have been a bit better, like 200-210 but this is still a very good score.

HSC is a big ground, I haven't seen 200+ kind of scores here that often. This is a very good score.
makes those chakabva hits even more insane

I would open with Welington here, him and Blessing 2 each. Then Larry and Jongwe to complete the powerplay. Raza and Wes to chip in after the pp. Conceding 65 or less in the first 10 with at least a couple of wickets puts us in a strong position.

Those 1 run off 4 balls thanks to Jongwe may prove costly, crossing that 200 mark could have been a huge psychological win for Zimbabwe nevertheless it is a very good total but the pitch absolutely looks like a belter so this could go either way. First 6 overs will clearly indicates who will take up the series. Those 6 overs in the powerplay is very crucial

Even better then! I vaguely remember Williams going at a 50+ score per every 3 outings at some point for a while.

Hope he can convert in the next assignment.
