1st T20I Zim vs Indai

Post by tawac »

Finally India win the toss and will bat first. Fingers crossed what positives can we get from Zimbabwe today. C. Coventry being picked as a T20I specialist can he be the missing link in the Zim Side.

espncricinfo :
Slow pitch, slower bowlers, and they're trying short balls? Zimbabwe, what gives?

Time for Hondo to go. This bowling has always been talked about but never fixed. Let Douggie coach in the youth or club level and get some experience. Let Dav bring in someone more experienced.

India looking good. Does Zimbabwe have any domestic Twenty20 Competitions? Surely how can we expect much if the players hardly play the format domestically.
