Craig Ervine the t20 player

Discussion thread about Ervine the t20 player .....

Record is terrible to say the least but I feel a move up the order will do his career good just like in his ODI career. I think he needs to open and just play his shots, when he comes in the middle he takes too long to get going and seems worried about the side loosing more wickets. If he opens he can take 6-10 balls to get going plus doesn't have the burden of coming in 3 down or 4 down .....

Obviously Hami has one spot and Vusi seems to be in front for the other spot, but if he is going to be in the side I'd say he must open ......

Chigumbura can do the 12th man duties as I haven't seen enough for him to justify a spot over Moor (only guy to have cleared the boundary as well as Waller) or Jongwe

I actually want Raza at 3 in t20's ( maybe all formats ), he's not suited to coming in and slogging from ball 1 IMO .....
