However after i criticised his bowling in Bangladesh on twitter he DM me and threatened to smash my "fucking head in" if he heard a peep out of me again.

The man is clearly very insecure in himself.

A fucking tool .....

Always been one of my favourite players but that's just embarrassing for him ....

Athletes should have an attitude, although not overly so. Kobe was a prick, Ali and Shaq were cocky in a playful manner. Worked for all of them. Olajuwon was all humility but he made up by doing things on the court that are still unfathomable 20 years later.

Zimbabwe needs more players with some attitude, altho perhaps not like Williams. They are too meek and passive. Fine Williams and play him. Period.

Williams continues to frustrate. 3 matches seems fair.

We need this kind of attitude when taking on other teams, not the umpires.

:o :o :o :o :o :o doesn't surprise me though. But I like players with attitude and whoare prepared to speak their mind cricket can be so terribly PC its sickening.

Don't believe everything you read. The umpire here did not tell the full truth.
Also remember Williams is the deputy chair for the players union- he isn't a snitch to ZC so will be targeted. I expect him to be in more controversy and probably dropped in the near future.
Does he have a foul mouth on him....yes we all know that.

Big up to Sean Williams....
He plays with a passion, he hates to lose...I wish more Zim players had that kind of passion....
