still has a couple of issues with his technique but I'm sure experience will resolve this. I think the fact that he has had to fight for a place in all formats as a part time keeper/specialist batsman shows he is a good player. I think Regis should continue as our keeper in tests. he was just out of form and I think he will prove to be more useful against Sri Lanka's world class spin attack. hopefully PJ works on playing leg spin between now and then because he didn't look comfortable at all against Sodhi then he can come in as a specialist batsman ahead of Raza and Masvaure.

PJ Moor is a tailender who rode his luck to a test half-century. He should go and play social cricket in the UK or something, might be more to his level. He is just holding back better indigenous options like Maruma, Chari, Chakabva, etc.

I wouldn't play PJ in tests before Chakabva. But, he looked impressive in the ODIs vs India. He doesn't have a good footwork, but he surely can bat, and I am sure he is way better than most of the current players. He along with Burl could be our next batting hope. I would pick these two gus ahead of Waller, Mutumbami, Maruma or even Vusi in ODIs.Williams, Ervine followed by Pj, Burl and Chigs would be our perfect middle/lower order combination.

Raza has been given many chances, and he has proven to be a mediocre player. He should be immediately kept out from ODI and Test matches. He is energetic, and can bat/bowl OK in shorter formats. Also, he is one of the best fielders and often at times look gutsy. Moving forward, I would pick him only in t-20s. It's high time we throw PJ and Burl in all the A games, I am sure these guys can solve our batting problem.
