Had enough of Ntini

Had enough of Ntini.

This smiling black bushman is just having a laugh and doesn't care about ZC. He's no deep thinker in the Bvute vein.

He should be making our bowlers great at a minimum, even if he can't help the batsman. He was a quota selection for South Africa anyway.

Guys I'm going to make a few calls and get him out. Take my word for it.

Who do you think should replace him? I wonder how Taibu would go.

Ridiculous. Offensively so, to be honest.

Darlington majola has said test cricket is Zimbabwes priority in a recent statement and that the rumour of Sri Lankan tests being cancelled is just bar talk rumour. Sri Lanka will be coming for a test series followed by possibly a tri series :D

I heard some whispers that Gary Kirsten is coming and that Makhaya will resume to his bowling coach duties.. I say get rid of that egocentric prick

I don't see Kirsten signing up unless he's absolutely desperate. There's absolutely no upside to coaching Zim. Being a batting or bowling coach you could get away with, but being the main guy is the kiss of death for your coaching career. Amongst other things he will get replaced before his contract is up and will get short changed on his salary. I've seen him at Harare airport a couple of times though.

If Taibu can't be convinced, Kirsten would be great. We need some white coaches who actually understand the nuances of the game, not just coaching on emotion and gut feelings. The Africanization of our coaching structures has done irreparable damage to cricket in the country.

AT FIRST WHITE PLAYERS ARE REQUIRED, QUOTAS NEEDS TO BE KICKED AWAY THEN ONLY ZIM CRICKET WILL IMPROVE

Streak mulls ZC job: http://www.chronicle.co.zw/streak-mulls-zc-job/

Crazy! And to quote more from the paper...
ZC is said to have tried to lure former South African coach Gary Kirsten as well as ex-India batsman Rahul Dravid, but the two were not keen on taking the job.

ZC’s long term plan is to lure former Zimbabwe batsman Andrew Flower as the national team coach and if that fails they will settle for Streak. Flower is currently employed by the England and Wales Cricket Board as technical director of elite coaching.
Are these folks in some dreamland? Why would Dravid or Flower even consider this? Not sure about Kirsten though. Streak clearly mismanaged his international contracts by hoping for the India bowling coach / Indian National Cricket Academy bowling coach job and quit BD job, and landed in a mess. And now looking for a decent paycheck. The UP and Gujarat Lions job is not really yearlong. His only option now is ZC.
