Zimbabwe Cricket needs to drop the underperformed Players

S.Raza , T.Chatara, Chamu Chibhabha, T.Mowayo, Chris Mpofu, Jhon Nyumbhu, M.Chinouya, Donald Tiripano,
R.Mtumabami, S.Masakadza, Mupriwaras,
This Players have played enough matches and have got enough opportunities but their performance shows that they are " ONE MATCH WONDERS ". Scoring Runs in one match or pick wickets in one match and fails regularly in the rest of the matches, but still Zimbabwe Cricket Board Continues to give them opportunities which they doesn't deserve after so much failures. Mpofu,Sibanda, Chigumburra or Waller is playing the game from long time but haven't seen them consistently making runs.
These Useless talentless bunches are proving a great OBSTACLES for the young players who had to sit out even being talented for this rubbish performers both in international cricket & domestic cricket. Zimbabwe Cricket Board should force these guys to retire and leave the game for the youths who have to warm in the bench and carry water & drinks to these old shit performers.
Its best time to promote players like J.Ives, R.Murray, B.Mavuta, R.Ngarva, M.Shumba, K.Robinson, Liam Rochi, Ryan Burl, K.Bowie, B.Deplock, W.Mashingwe, Deven Bell, Nathan Waller and kick out those underperformed ones, bunch of loosers, who doesn't seems to leave the game, board should force them to leave.
