Zimbabwe Cricket set Heath Streak as their full time " Head Coach ". Heath Streak was a star player in Zimbabwe and had been famous for his role as bowling coach in Bangladesh, that lifted their game and also he had a great impact in IPL.

Zimbabwe Cricket at present is financially struggling and its just a useless decision of the think tank to keep two bowling coach in differant role. Makhaya Ntini has been appointed as bowling coach more then a year now, but he is a complete " FAILURE ". Not a single bowler looked skillfull under him, bowling performance become fully worst under Ntini. Instead of doing his work, Ntini has been too much vocal in media, doing nothing just getting paid a lucrative amount, Keeping Ntini as a bowling coach is simply waste of money.

Heath Streak earned his reputation as a bowling coach, lifted Bangladesh Cricket that doesn't had fast bowling talents, after Streak's stinct as bowling coach, Bangladesh are now having some quality fast bowling talents.

Ntini is working as a bowling coach for more then a year now, and have done nothing except being speaking rubbish in the media. Not a single Zimbabwe Bowler looked to trouble any batsman. Zimbabwe Manage to pick just 6 wickets in two test against New Zealand, they were smashed all apart in India Sereis.Zimbabwe Bowlers under Streak in 2013, were looking great, pair of Vitori - Jarvis were troubling Batsmans with swing & pace, but under Ntini, Zim bowlers are looked mediocre, lack of skills

Zimbabwe Cricket is financially Struggling can't be so luxurious to keep two bowling coaches with a lucrative amount. Ntini might be legend as a bowler, but his coaching skills are simply waste, with streak set in as a head coach role, WHO IS MAINLY A BOWLING COACH, it would have been better to fire Ntini & Kluesner and bring a full time batting coach like Peter Kirsten or Wayne James
