Afternoon all, hope you're all well.

Second post here. Earlier in the year I posted about Kudzai Maunze and whether my club should sign him...

Well I'm looking to pick your brains again guys.

My club is on the lookout for an overseas for next year and was wondering if anyone has any contacts for any lads looking to get to the UK?

Ideally we are after a batter who can bowl seam, with a view to taking the new ball. Failing that a top order batter will be welcomed too.

A bit about my club, we are Dukinfield CC based in Manchester. We play in the Greater Manchester League Division 1 which is a division above the standard Brandon Diplock played in (same structure). He did quite well so we'd be looking for something similar / better.

Could be an opportunity for someone to get over here and gain some good exposure to Northern Hemisphere conditions in a good standard of cricket. Without being biased our ground is one of the best in the league, the wickets very good, artificial lanes for training, roll on covers, electronic scoreboard etc. All the lads play hard and we all go out socialising too. We have a level 3 coach and some very good amateur cricketers within our first team.

We are looking for promotion into the Premier league so we need a top drawer player!

As a club we can provide playing kit, free membership, flight costs (up to £500), free accommodation with our 1st team WK and a weekly fee to help cover food costs.

As I mentioned Diplock has done ok, Zhuwao played in the next league over and did ok 505 runs & 29 wickets, just over the hill Gary Chirimuuta got 635 runs at 45.36 in a very good standard. Looking for something similar.

Looking to the likes of gargamel for the tip off here. Drop me an inbox.

Hope this is ok to post.

Cheers

Yea I'll back him there to be fair, Dukinfield are an exceptional club, have always produced good cricketers.
It's a step in the right direction for a young Zimbabwean Cricketer - good lads, good facilities and good wickets, just usually very dry.
Highly recommended

William mashinge would be a good option he played for boconocc cc in the Cornwall league 14 matches 34wickets . batting about 300 or so runs. Eng u19 vs zim batting highlights on YouTube shows William mashinge bowling .

Hi Zimstar, no doubt he bowls it well but Mashinge was bowling at 3rd XI's in his division there. Not the greatest standard. For example Vermualen was 2 divs up. Need someone who is a recognised batter too.

Cheers
