You must be kidding. Even after losing all his pace, Roach is a much better bowler than Panyangara.pariah wrote: ↑Sat Dec 02, 2017 9:02 amThen someone will say Kemar Roach is a better bowler than Panyangara.
Imagine what Panyangara would have done to the Black Caps in those conditions.
The old Roach lasted just a short while - a short moment. Panyangara has been Panyangara throughout. A world class test seamer.
Colin de Grandhomme is now in NZ test squad!

A truly top notch bowler, both tearaway Roach Mk 1 and the cunning and crafty Roach Mk 2 are easily world class. Panyangara on the other hand hasn't really done that much from the 2015 World Cup onwards, seems to have spent most of that time injured or otherwise unavailable for some reason.grant wrote: ↑Sun Dec 03, 2017 3:59 pmYou must be kidding. But thy have been excellent for Zimbabwe.
Performance and form limited in one of the least competative domestic cricket "Logan Cup" . All of their forms disappear when they meet international arena.
Shingi too has been dropped several times but that has never affected his performance levels.

This guy is the best hand eye co-ordination I've seen since Virender Sehwag. Another demoralizing masterclass going on now, against the WI. I can't believe NZ did not bring him and Raval to India last year during their test series. They could have actually won the series looking at how they went even without them!

CdG has just turned a match on its head in 10 minutes of pure hitting vs Pakistan, on his comeback after a fairly long break. Freak!

Only saw the tail end of the innings, but what I saw was phenomenal batting. Not just brute force although there was plenty of that.

What a gritty knock against the English bowlers today coming in at 36/5, curbing his natural instincts. Shame he couldn't be there at the end of play. But bailed NZ out of massive trouble. They set outstanding fields to deny him / frustrate him. But he was ready to play the waiting game with Watling.
He's quickly becoming an MVP in that side.

65 off 37 so far. About time he scored some runs.
