Shingi facing assault charges from soccer incident

6 months ago, Shingi seems to have assaulted some "innocent" guy in a football friendly for his actions over kicking younger brother Wellington, and is facing charges in court: http://www.newsdzezimbabwe.co.uk/2017/0 ... match.html

As an aside, not sure why these guys have to play football of all the sports, having witnessed what has happened to Chatara...

When I predicted Shingi's triumphant return to the team this year, I had no idea it would be a comeback of Vermeulen-esque proportions.

I guess they just love to play. Wasn't Shingi playing profesionally before he turned to cricket as a career? For what it's worth, I'd prefer them to do any sport during the off-season instead of putting their feet up or hanging out at KFC.
