Yes both of them should return.
Manashe was the man who took the initiative to introduce flood lights for day night cricket in Zimbabwe & also the construction of high profile Victoria Falls Cricket Stadium, thats haven't been in news after his departure. Manashe revamp Zimbabwe Cricket after it was destroyed under the tyrrany of racist Peter Chigoka & Ozeas Bavuta.
Cambell was good, in arranging more international schedules for Zimbabwe both for the national team, A team and the under 19 team, Domestic Cricket was also in better shape under them. he also had the plan to keep the talented players in Zimbabwe, not loosing to other countries. He also brought Streak & Grant Flower as coaching staffs.
However, Prosper Utseya should be banned from Zimbabwe Cricket who brought his personal interest through " racial claims " against Cambell and took an important part in sacking Cambell.
At ptesent Utseya with his fake coaching degree is doing rubbish with the under 19 kids, as they easily getting beaten by the top teams, whereas getting wins against Malaysia, Singapore, Namibia Under 19 wont matter as these teams are associated.
