All kind of inputs have been tried to find out the woos in Zimbabwe Cricket but finally it can be revealed that money is the solution to all worries in Zimbabwe Cricket. Board been running under debt and few months ago it was found that debt was swollen up.

Delayed National Team Contracts followed by logistics problem at the beginning of the domestic cricket season, old practice of players protest for not getting salaries from the franchises is hurting the board every time. As a result of protest strikes, domestic games are reduced followed by a cut in the tournament. Every time domestic cricket begins, the word " postponed " becomes common.

Talents running away due to salary problem has also become problem for ZC. After every Under 19 Cricket Tournaments, Zimbabwe loose plenty of youths, as they thinks staying within the situation that cricket can't make their carieer as, there is no future for cricket in Zimbabwe, so either they are moving to pursue higher studies leaving cricket or moving to other nation where there is a future in the game.

Fans are frustrated for poor show by Zimbabwe A against the associate Afghanistan A, but in reality it should'nt hapoen, Afghans have associate tag but they have developed their game and the infrastructure in a tremendous way, their improvements have been high, they not only beating Zimbabwe & Bangladesh but are also sometimes giving tough times to strong cricket nations. Government Support, Crowd Support has been huge to build Afghanistan as an improved cricket nation. Afghanistan is a war hit country their economy is still in struggling phase but the nations interest has changed and brought a huge belief to the game.

Everytime worrying signs appear for Zimbabwe Cricket, Money is regarded as the key issue. Specially after that 2003 incident, when there was a political interference to the sports & government's withdrawl to support the game with fundings. It has been a struggle for long time since 2001, board have been busy sacking captains and firing coaches for worst performance. No measures have been made to revamp. Even crowds are least interested in arriving grounds to support Zimbabwe, as loosing matches making them less interested. At present all negetives happening to Zimbabwe, with no motives to solve those worries.

Agree with most things you've said.
Refresh my memory about the government withdrawing their financial support in 2003? Don't recall that.

Particularly the preiod when government acted like a " Dictator " and pull out all support from the games, when inexperienced youths forced to play for the team failed

Two of the franchises were also suspended from taking part in Logsn Cup

Would you be good enough to remind me when exactly this 'preiod' was and which two franchises were suspended

CSA have announced a new T20 league. It'd be nice if Zimbabwe Chevrons made a return to South African domestic cricket... it'd be a chance to play regular cricket. And it's one less tournament ZC would have to worry about not running.
