Relax! If Alan Butcher, Andy Waller and Dav Whatmore had Hondo's record, they would have never been fired by ZC. And if Mangongo had it for Zimbabwe, then no one here would have given him any names(of course Mangongo's A team record is way more excellent than Hondo's).

If you were saying all of this while also sharing Hondo's salary so we can compare notes relatively, then maybe there would be cause to complain.

If he is not available why not give Andy Waller or Andy Bilngauit

Another worst performance is comming under Douglas Hondo.

This time in Africa Cup T20, 2017.

No wins in four day, No wins in Odis, No wins T20.

Politics is supporting in his stinct as Coach.

It's a good thing you understand how things work in ZImbabwe. Give give give.

1. Allistair Campbell brought Grant Flower back and gave him the coach's job.
2. Dave Houghton would have none of it and gave Butcher the national coach's job, getting back at Grant and AC in the process.

Quiz question: Who gave the woeful Dav Whatmore the job?

Dav Whatmore won a World Cup with Sri Lanka and helped Bangladesh win their first ever test, his results as Zimbabwe coach weren't as bad as you make them out to be.

Under Whatmore -

Beat Ireland 2-1 in ODI

Drew with Bangladesh twice in t20 1-1 & 2-2

Beat New Zealand and Pakistan in an ODI

What got Whatmore the sack was losing 4 series to Afghanistan but Both Streak & Mongongo also failed to beat Afghanistan.

Also you rave about how good Madziva, Chisoro & Jongwe are yet it was under Whatmore that they all flourished and played their best cricket.

Whatmore also had to deal with the loss of his best player in Brendan Taylor

The continuous disrespect of a quality coach such as Whatmore shows the biased un-eductated goose you are.

Sakib-less Bangladesh struggling against SA-D. therwise at full strength.

The same SA-D Hondo struggled to beat with fringe ZIM players.

John Wayne at his prime would be a great addition to the Zim set up. Soft dismissals would come at the risk of a gut full of lead!

Bruce Wayne would be even better.

I highly doubt that any of this is really Hondo's fault. Anyway, he was a decent cricketer, by Zim standards, with plenty of experience, so he should have plenty to offer.

Heath Streak lost to Scotland Netherlands and Netherlands C with Zimbabwe's NATIONAL squad but you're here calling for Hondo's head instead... :?
