Interesting development. It is hard to know how effective Ntini has been as a coach one way or the other. Anyone have any info on what players were unhappy with him?

Positive thing is the new ZC brass takes player concerns seriously whereas previous one's wouldn't even pay them.
I wish the BCB got rid of our coach like that...

Really like Ntini as a player and thought he would be a good coach for our seam bowlers, but since he has arrived I can't really think of any seamer that has improved in the national side.
I guess with Streak there the question is do they really need another 'fast bowler coach' ? Maybe someone like Ray Price as the bowling coach who could help the likes of Wellington, Chisoro, Williams, Raza etc.

Well remember last year before the New Zealand Tests he kept all the A team players away and trainied in the nets instead of game time in the warm ups matches . hhm will not agree but... not bright by Makhaya at all.

So because Ntini is holding up the white board he's the smartest man in the change room??
Half of those targets are batting related anyways so hardly anything to do with Ntini

Plus the whiteboard is pretty basic stuff.

Pariah you've actually been semi making sense in the last week or so but this bring you right back down to rock bottom.
I have had first hand conversations with players who say he has no real coaching ability, but just talks loudly and acts like he knows what he's doing.
We are past racial tension with regards to cricket in Zim so please don't attempt to bring it back ?! I have no anamosity to any Zim cricketers based on race as quotas didn't work and we are past that. SA is another story though.

That's putting it mildly. If I was a senior player and someone showed me that whiteboard--not matter who wrote those points down--I'd be like "Yeah, sure, hot shit, man, you tell me."
If that whiteboard was bigger they would have found room for "Do the basics things right" and "Play your natural game" as well.

This picture fills me with fear. If that is what they need to be told, holy moly. And like you say foreignfield, if they don't need to be told then wow.
One of the most worrisome documents to come out of the Zim setup. For all of our practice sessions, they don't have that locked in their heads?
Of course real analysis shouldn't be public, but this stuff is just feeble.
