Although Zimbabwe may have lost to the Windies by 117 runs on Tuesday in the first Test match played at Queens Sports Club in Bulawayo, but there is still something to smile home about.

Captain Graeme Cremer, who took four for 64 and four for 114, has vaulted 12 places to occupy 45th position in the latest MRF Tyres ICC Test Player Rankings for bowlers, while Sean Williams, who bagged three for 20 and three for 91, has rocketed 19 places to share 70th position with Sri Lanka’s Lahiru Kumara.

In the batting table, opener Hamilton Masakadza, who scored 42 and 57, has risen seven places to 49th, while Brendan Taylor, who scored one and 73, has returned to the rankings in 37th position alongside Windies batsman Roston Chase.

Someone here said Cremer was ranked in the top 50 (not 57th)... Reveal yourself

What madness? That Jarvis is nowhere near Panyangara's class, or that Cremer's junk only looks good because he's surrounded by bigger liabilities than he is?

Umm, Cremer is ranked 45th, just as the links both you and I confirmed. Not sure where you are getting 57th from?

Look if we are honest there is some truth In what Pariah is saying in terms of Cremer and his stats. They are not the best. I believe that In a couple of years they will be the best. He is claiming about 7 wickets a game right now. Which is what matters at the moment. Ray Price or Panyangara will not help us right now as it stands. So let's support the current people we have instead of wishing for the demise of the sport we all love.

Pariah, Panyangara only has wickets vs the old Bangladesh. Jarvis has fivers vs NZ and WI.

I posted all bowlers' stats in eugene's similar attempt at spin just like your previous ones. Look them up there.

Overall
Panyangara MAT9 INN16 WKT31 AVG26.22
Jarvis MAT9 INN16 WKT33 AVG32.06

Top 8
Panyangara MAT5 INN8 WKT13 AVG35.69
Jarvis MAT6 INN10 WKT19 AVG33.15

NOTE: Panyangara's career has been against much tougher top 8 batsmen, and at 19 years with no FC experience. What notable batsman did Jarvis bowl to besides Ross Taylor, and what is Ross Taylor compared to the giants of the game Panyangara bowled to?

So stop with your fake arguments Kriterion!

These stats show that Jarvis is better against the top 8 than Panyangara, something we can all agree on as the stats never lie.

Since when do performances against BD define a player? Panyangara only averages less than 40 because hes played a half dozen Tests most of them against BD and PAK. He is simply does not have the physical fitness for the job. That he can propel the ball at 80 mph is itself a minor miracle. He is the bowling equivalent of Hamilton IMO.
