I read somewher ethat it clashes with the Pkaistan calendar so plenty top Pakistan players won't be there for much of it.

Will probably be the weakest BPL in a long time.

I’m sorry but he can’t be serious about a test recall when he’s choosing commentary gigs over Logan Cup

Fair play to him times a tough in Zimbabwe but don’t claim to be serious about making the side when you clearly aren’t

He is one gig away from this logan cup being his last if he isnt recalled soon.

His mind is elsewhere and on the media. Good on him, wish him well. But for a player, he's one nail of sealing his coffin.

I think he gave up when passed over for selection. Perhaps he doesnt feel he is fit enough. He is 30+ isnt he.

I wonder how much these commentary gigs pay.. I think maybe he doesn't have a central contract which forces him to seek opportunities elsewhere. We just simply can't afford to give central contracts to test specialists because we don't play enough

High quality overseas list. The cancellation of the SA T20 shambles has meant that all their overseas players are now heading to Bangladesh too. BPL is also allowing 5 overseas players, instead of 4, this year. Despite this, I think there will be some decent players spending a lot of time on the bench.
