How chibhabha continues to get picked is a joke , the guy is a bang average cricketer and is getting on. Other than that pretty solid squad and happy enough with it.

Pretty good A side nice to see Mutombodzi, Zhuwawo in the mix. More game time prior to the qualifiers. At list we get to see what the fringe players can bring to the table.
Will be interesting if any to these players actually make the tour to the UAE considering the first game against Afghanistan actually happens on the last day to the tour.

Why is Murray in this squad? Should go straight to UAE.

Chibhabha, Maruma, Chakabva three useless failure cricketers made for domestic & A games unfit for international arena
Tuffy Mupriwa, Nathan Waller & William Mashinge should have been there

Was also wondering whether this doesn't overlap with the UAE series. It starts with t20s the day after the Kenya tour ends. 3 of their subs will be there. Looks extremely calculated and risky at the same time to probably have 12 men for the first game and then add 3 of the best from this Kenya series for the rest of the UAE tour. Or maybe their 3 picks won't play the last game as they predict a whitewash.
This is a very strong squad which would give our first 11 a good game if not even beat them at least once in a series like this. I want Williams Tari and Vitori to get picked. If not Vitori then maybe Zhuwao who im sure is going to throw absolutely everything at the Kenyans

Good squad this. Would like to have seen Murray there with the national side but it's great to see him being picked for the A side!
Hope big bully gets going and really shows the selectors why he could be dangerous at the top for us

I don't think Mpofu and Mavuta would be relegated to A team without game time after their national team selection. May be they have been mentioned here in case they miss out on national selection. That could be the reason behind picking a squad of 18.
Good to see cricket back in Mutare!
Chakabva is not a great selection for this format. Looks like Williams was just dropped for lack of runs if he has made it to this team. If so, well done selectors! He has a chance to show his worth and get back to the team in time for the qualifiers.

Ervine should have been in this squad as well to try and pick some form. Vitori should be on the plane to the UAE if he manages to show glimpses of old. Hoping the selectors are actually pay attention to these games. A master class from Mutombodzi will have him challenging the Waller spot.

Its going to be 4-0 odi win and 1-0 T20 win over Kenya !!!
Kenya has been relegatted to division 2, competition is least expected from them. In 4 of the odi games and one T20, half of these players might did'nt get chance to bat, because few failures have been selected who bats at the top for Zimbabwe A and are greatest bashers of weak teams and also a terrible failure when they face strong teams, however bowlers still have chance to impress against weak Kenya team.
Selectors will watch for : Brian Vitori, Sean Williams, Tarisai Musakanda, Ryan Murray, Brandon Mavuta and Ryan Burl, but its very less chance to see them batting.
