That is actually a good squad. If Williams is fit I would replace Murray. His time will come.

Only change I would make is Waller. If he gets picked, it should not be as a starter.

My guess is Williams won't be ready for the start of the tournament. He said on twitter that it would be a six week recovery, so he wouldn't be back until March 8 which is two games into Zim's campaign. Would it be too risky to have him in the 15 in the hope that he'll be fit for the later games?
